Section 8, a game that works as sort of a futuristic Battlefield 2, and it does this better than 2142 in my opinion. The special abilities (Lock On, Jetpack etc) add some much needed variety into this otherwise mildly bland shooter, while the deployables are a new and interesting way to.. well deploy armor and turrets into the battlefield. All in all, it succeeds at being a new and fun shooter, with some unseen and interesting mechanics, but I don't think that it will become your major multiplayer time-waster any time soon.
